What are the signs and symptoms of acne?

Acne is one of the most common skin conditions you can get. It typically appears on areas like your face, chest and back because these are places where there's plenty of sebum (the substance that keeps us waterproof). If acne gets inflamed it will make red spots develop; while if bacteria reside in pores then blackheads may form too!

What causes acne?

Acne is often experienced during puberty when hormones are changing, but it can also be caused by certain medications. If you want to reduce your risk of getting acne in the future then talk with your doctor about using contraceptives that do not have high doses of estrogen or taking oral contraceptives! Stress and environmental factors may make this condition worse too - staying away from oily areas will help keep pores clear for better skin health overall
